This report includes information about the unauthorized construction concept and Construction Laws incomplete definition of it. The Construction Law need to categorically define that the unauthorized construction is prohibited and not allowed, as well as specify the cases covered by the definition of unauthorized construction. In Definition it is necessary to narrow down the unnecessery terms and logically incompatible terms.Downloads
