Abstract

This paper was made to explore newest trend of information technologies in car service business. Information technology field was researched, trends of people internet shopping in Latvia were investigated, social networks influence on business was researched, and apportionment of the most popular social networks and their contribution were evaluated. IT was concluded that nowadays information technologies has huge impact on business efficiency. E-commerce is a great tool to enlarge income from products sale and information technology can make a real save up to increase business efficiency in long term base.
