Das Ziel des Artikels ist eine grundlegende Analyse des Finanzsektors in der Europäischen Union mit dem Schwerpunkt auf den Rechtschutz von Finanzinteressen vorzunehmen. Zur Umsetzung des Zieles werden die theoretischen Grundlagen für finanzielle Dienstleistungen und ihre Rechtsbedeutung beschrieben. Der Autor betrachtet Recht auf Eigentum als Menschenrecht und dessen rechtliche Bedeutung in einer modernen demokratischen Gesellschaft. Der Autor schlägt das Konzept der nachhaltigen Aufrechterhaltung der rechtlichen Regulierung im Finanzsektor analog zum Konzept von nachhaltigem Wachstum im Umweltrecht vor.Downloads
